I had the lap band surgery April 1 and so far have lost 35 lbs.Liquids are hard,but I got some strawberry flavor whey and it is just delicious-just whirl it with skim milk and crushed ice and it is great-and if you put 2 scoops of whey(90 grms) in it,you don't have to worry so much about protein the rest of the day.Tomato juice is good,but try to get the low sodium because it is high in that.My blender was my best friend during the liquid stage.Remember to stay hydrated.I kinda made a game of finding things to drink with no cals-Crystal lite is good-so is iced tea.I have a small container of chocolate mocha fudge whey and if you put some of that in your iced coffee and blend-it is yummmmy.Hope this helps-and the time goes fast.As far as the pain when you go home,I think I took 2 of the pain pills Dr.T ordered.I will be praying for you tomorrow-best to you.Let me know how you do.Mary
