Hi all

My name is Janet and l'm from Australia. I am 52 ....I had my lap band op on the 6th Nov 2007. I went back to see the surgeon for my first in fill on Monday. l have lost 17.9kgs and feel great! l had a little time adjusting to it in the beginning on the fluid diet, which was hard going, but I think the mind plays a lot of tricks with the body when it is starved of food...LOL !!!

The sugens fee out of pocket was Aus $3800. I received back from our Medicare $980.

This procedure... l would recommend to any one who wants to loose weight!
