You sound like you are doing very well.  Honestly, that is great.  You can't judge your weight loss in comparison to mine.  I have had some throat complications/surgeries to remove a cyst behind my thyroid gland first, now nodules in an enlarged thyroid causing me problems swallowing.  I have my band loosened completely for a while.  I go today to find out if I have to have surgery on my thyroid.  Because of my difficulty swallowing, I ate lots of bad choices, like chocolate milkshakes because I could get them down, lots of creamy (unhealthy) soups, etc.  So overall I have only lost 60lbs.  But as soon as I get my throat fixed, the band is going to be tightened back up and I am going to pretend I am starting all over fresh and new with the band and will turn it back around.  So with that in mind, I would say in 4 months you are well on track!
