--hello i had the surgery almost three years ago and it was one of
the best decisions i ever made , i lost almost 100 pounds and has
kept it off . I feel great and i look great, my energy level has
skyrocketed, i no longer have pains in my lower back and i can fit
into almost any;thing i try on the first time. I will tell you ladies
that the decission to have my weight loss surgery was difficult
because i thought i could do it all on my own , however i continued
to gain weight , i eat healthy even when i go out of town and i
surround myself with positive people who supported my choice , so if
