Hi everyone on Thursday morning at 10:30 and on Tuesday evening at
6:00 location across from the hospital. They have mostly new
machines but they did bring a few from old location. If you are a
member or looking for a gym open house is this Saturday 10:00 to 3:00
so call to find out more. Turn out has been low so we need more
participation. These classes are for people who had Gastric Bypass and
is sort of mini support group Any question you can contact me at

are good about adapting the class to suit the person needs. You don't
have to come to every class just come when you can and other class are
good also. The gym besides the classes has hours to suit almost
everyone 5am to 10pm Mon-Friday and weekends are from 7am-7pm. This
Friday they are closing early due to open house sataurday
