Patty, do your self a big favor and go buy
the Beck Diet Solution book before you have this surgery. While the surgery
gives you a surgical fix to your stomach it doesn’t fix your head –
the Beck book helps with cognitive changes. I had my surgery 6 years ago
and very much believe in it. I haven’t had a soda of any type in 6
years – it’s worth it.

I am so sorry to hear about your
troubles. i thank you for being frank with me. I so much want to
have this done myself. Just getting started with the preparations.
I just worry about having to give up the Pepsi that i love to drink and also
some of the foods. Keep in touch. Thanks for the info.
