Need a new primary care doctor

Hi everyone.
I am planning to have the surgery but I need a new primary care doctor who will work cooperatively with the Gastric bypass team. If they have a scale that is well suited for large people that would also be a plus. Since my insurance requires 6 mos of charting my weight before they will consider me .Any suggestions are welcomed.
