I agree it is very quiet! I saw the scale move down by 2 lbs so I am happy. Not sure if I had shared but I had gained a bit and was getting very depressed about it.
So, tomorrow I'm going grocery shopping - can you guys come out of hibernation :):) and help me by telling me what kinds of things you buy at the grocery store?
I"m aiming for lean and low carb but I hate seafood! :):) I also am on the go alot with a 9 month old baby and being in nursing school so fast and easy is good too.
Also does anyone have any suggestions for a really unnoticable protien powder that I can add to things like cereal, oatmeal, etc.?

some of the Champion Nutrition Pure Whey Protein Supplement that was
recommended. A friend of mine also recommended the website
bariatriceating.com They have a lot of products there and I ordered
their tasters pack to get a little bit of variety to see which protein
supplements I like. Has anyone ordered from there before? I will let
you all know how it is...
My surgery is tomorrow and I am nervous but excited...
