Hi Everyone!!

It's been quiet on this group for the past few days.  I guess the holidays have officially arrived.  I've been busy between work, family and everything else.  The kids are getting excited about Santa's arrival.  I haven't finished my gift shopping.  I've hardly started to be honest.  I plan on trying to get it done today. 

Reminder-- Support group meeting is Wednesday, Dec. 13 @ 7pm.  At Careplex Hospital (York River Entrance).  It's our holiday social.  This meeting is a great way to talk to your peers pre and post-op.  I'll be bringing the clothing for the exchange.  I may also have some mens clothing as well.  If you have some to donate or want to look and exchange, it will be in one of the corners out of the way of everything.  I've got some guidelines I'll post regarding the exchange.

Hope all is well.  I would love to hear some stories about their weight loss accomplishments.
