Ok Everyone. Terry and I started walking together at the Sentara
Health & Fitness Center recently. He mentioned to me that we should
start a walking group that would go to different places to accomodate
as many as possible. It could be early morning/afternoon/evening. I
would love to get us all together more than once a month and what
better way? It doesn't have to be @SHFC. We could meet @ Noland
Trail, any local HS track, Newport News Park. Anywhere there is a
walking/running trail. If anyone is interested, please let me know.
Terry and I will continue to walk at various places throughout the
peninsula. Hope to hear from you all.
