Silica complex from puritan's pride website. The same thing happened to me and I read a blog that it worked well. Thanks to this pill I didn't loose too much and I have healthy shiny hair. Give it a month at least to notice the slow down of your hair falling out. I am a year and a half out and I still take the vitamin.
