A yogurt smoothie is very high in protein and if using fat free yogurt ... low in fat! Where in the south are you from?

Hello All,

Well from my heading you can tell I'm Southern. I have gained abut 50 lbs since my surgery. I find that I can eat quite a bit of food. I am trying to get back on track. My down fall is no exercise and grazing. I am trying to eat healthier. I have lost 13 lbs since I joined this group.

Any good quick high protein meal ideas for breakfast?
