I had surgery 4 months ago am down 68 pounds and it was the best decision I have ever made !!!!! Some advice buy the book Now and Then I got it at bariatricadvantage.com and it is an amazing story as well as an excellent cookbook that I swear I would have starved to death without :) the vanilla custard is what I lived on the 3 weeks following my surgery. Good luck and feel free to ask lots of questions that is what we are here for !!!!!
