Thank you! Congrats to you! That is awsome. I have noticed more people are concerned with my appearance than my long term health. I have to admit it is really nice to have people say wow you have lost weight you look good, but that is not my #1 goal. I want to feel good in my own skin and be healthly.

| Way to go Lisa! Keep up the great work. I completely understand how you feel. I am now 6 months out of surgery and down 95 lbs. I also have so much energy and can do so much now that I couldn't before. I've sent family pictures (since they are out of state) and even they said they may not have recognized me on the street. For me though, the looks are just the icing on the cake. I am healthy again and feel wonderful. It's one of the best decisions I ever made.
