For people already committed to following the Specific Carbohydrate Diet (SCD) 100% and who need local support. Also for people just getting started with the diet who want to larn more about the diet or need help with getting started. A place to share ideas, local resources, and to hold each other up through hard times. We also meet once a month (starting November 2006). We are not medical experts, but will help each other heal by adhering to the SCD. We are located in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, but anyone is welcome to join. Meetings second Saturday of every month, 3-5pm at the Firehall Branch of the Vancouver Public Library. Check out the Calendar on the left for more details. You don't have to be a member of this group to attend the meetings.
