Description

For those who are interested in working together on creating new recipes for the Specific Carbohydrate Diet. Sometimes we get in a rut with the same meals and need a little creative energy & discussion. Sometimes we might want to increase consumption of a particular food and need more ways to prepare it so it looks and feels like a new food. Or maybe we want to convert a recipe we found to be SCD legal and have no idea how to do it. Maybe we just want to figure out how to make quick, SCD legal meals that everyone in the family will enjoy. Come join us if you want to work with other create-your-own-recipe-SCD-cooks. Feel free to join us even if you just want to print out new recipes that others have come up with.

Re: Pancakes with no honey
You can try just backing off the almond flour until you get the consistency you want. Try the next batch with only 1 cup. Kathleen

Re: Pancakes with no honey
