SBAA is conducting a national survey of adults and
families living with spina bifida and the caregivers
and health care providers who touch their lives. We
invite all members of the spina bifida community to
participate in this online survey:
• women at risk for recurrence
• adults living with spina bifida
• parents of a child with spina bifida
• sibling/relatives of a person living with spina
bifida
• caregiver or health care professional
Please take a few minutes to fill out this survey.
The survey will help us develop programs for you. All
responses will remain confidential. Thank you!
