Hi,

My name is Jim and I am a 29-year-old with Spina Bifida. I am lucky
in that I have never had any mobility problems associated with SB.
However, I have always had to deal with either bladder or bowel
problems. The research I've done has led me to believe that most
cases of SB deal with these issues as well. I was wondering if anyone
could provide me with any insight into how to deal with these
problems, especially since I'm going to hit 30 very soon. These
issues have affected my social and love life, and I'd like to know
that my future will not be affected negatively because of bladder or
bowel problems associated with SB. Sorry to ramble on, but I am new
to this group and welcome any conversation with those who are in the
same boat with me.

Regards,
Jim Riley
