Hi,

I am 38 years old with spina bifida also. I have health insurance through my
work but unfortunately it carries a "rider" that does not cover my spina bifida.
You will most likely find this to be true of most health insurance. I do know
that when you begin receiving disability that you become eligible for medicare
within two years.
