There is actual proof Terri never had a heart attack, that proof
being the medical tests done on Terri after she was taken to the
emergency room and admitted to Northside Hospital on February 25,
1990.
Potassium causes damage by causing heart attacks. Since Terri did
not have a heart attack, the potassium is not a factor in her so-
called collapse. Neither is a heart attack.

The electrolyte issue being talked about in the above interview /
transcript you will read below is not a factor in Terri's so-called
collapse, either. Terri didn't "collapse". There is no proof Terri
ever had bulimia or any other eating disorder.

done on Terri on March 5, 1991, which was 53 weeks after Michael
severely beat, strangled, and probably injected Terri with insulin on
February 25, 1990, per all of the evidence. Terri was a victim of
severe domestic violence by her husband, Michael Schiavo, and he
continues to attempt to kill her to this very day. He has attempted
to kill her many times in the past as well, not only the 2 times her
feeding tube was removed in April 2001 and in October, 2003.

Michael Schiavo was appointed Terri's guardian by the court on June
18, 1990, soon after he almost killed her by his severe beating,
stranulation, and most likely injected her with insulin on February
25, 1990.



I was watching the TV program cited directly below and have the
entire interview on videotape. The title alone makes me SICK!

Please read the following transcript of an interview full of TOTAL
DISINFORMATION about Terri, which cannot be backed up by any
evidence, and to see what the INNACURATE INFORMATION SPOUTERS /
PROPAGANDISTS just claimed, (on TV last Thursday night), happened to

GRETA VAN SUSTEREN, HOST: Terri Schiavo's (search) supporters are
waging war on her husband's attorney just hours ago in Florida.

In less than 18 hours, a Florida judge will decide whether the
feeding tube that keeps Terri Schiavo alive will remain in place.
Schiavo has been in a vegetative state for 15 years. What happened to
put her in this tragic situation?

Joining us in Miami is Gary Fox, the lawyer who represented Terri
Schiavo and her husband, Michael, in a malpractice case. And on the
phone is forensic pathologist Dr. Michael Baden. Gary, let's start
with you. First of all, 1990, what happened to your then client?

GARY FOX, 1992 ATTORNEY FOR SCHIAVOS: What happened, Greta, as best
we know, is that Terri had a condition known as bulimia (search).
It's an eating disorder. She'd had it for many years. She grew up as
a chubby, overweight child, and over time, she coped with that
condition by developing this eating disorder, bulimia.

One night, Michael and Terri had had dinner. And she had had a large
meal, and not long after the meal, he heard a thumping sound in the
couple's bathroom, went to investigate, found Terri lying on the
floor of the bathroom. She had just purged, apparently, or vomited,
binged, which is what bulimics do and had a heart attack. And by the
time that fire rescue arrived at the Schiavo home, why, she had
suffered severe brain damage.

VAN SUSTEREN: All right. Now, you sued on behalf of Michael and Terri
successfully, a malpractice claim. What's the short answer to what
the malpractice was?

FOX: The short answer? The short answer, Greta, is that Terri had
bulimia, an eating disorder. She had symptoms of the eating disorder.
She had abnormal menstrual bleeding. She went to the doctors time and
time and time again. They didn't ask her the appropriate questions,
did not ask her to take the appropriate tests, as a result of which,
the cause of the bleeding went undiagnosed and untreated, and she
ended up, as many bulimics do, purging once too often, and her
electrolytes were thrown out of whack. She had a heart attacking and
resulting brain damage.

VAN SUSTEREN: And how much money, or was it sealed? Is it public or
not, the amount of money.

FOX: No, it is public. The jury returned a verdict after about a two-
week trial of between $8 million and $9 million for Terri and
Michael. The jury also found Terri to be 70 percent responsible for
her own condition because she induced herself to vomit.

VAN SUSTEREN: So they ended up with what?

FOX: I can't remember exactly the amount, Greta, but I think the
gross recovery was between $2 million and $3 million.

VAN SUSTEREN: OK. Dr. Baden, you've looked at this.

DR. MICHAEL BADEN, FORENSIC PATHOLOGIST: Right.

VAN SUSTEREN: Any chance that Terri can recover, at least in your
opinion? I know that you're not treating her, but what you know about
it.

BADEN: I think from all that I reviewed, she's not going to get any
better than she is. As she is now, she will not improve because of
all the brain damage that's there.

VAN SUSTEREN: Gary, did you actually get to see Terri when you were
handling the case?

FOX: I did, Greta. We went to visit Terri at the nursing facility
(search) where she was. We spent a lot of time with her because I
wanted to meet her and determine for myself whether she was
responsive, what her condition was, how she dealt with Michael, the
kind of treatment she was getting from the nurses and the doctors. So
the answer is, yes, we went out and spent many hours with Terri.

VAN SUSTEREN: While you were there, did you see any sort of
improvement from the first time you saw her to the last time you saw
her? I know this is a long time ago, but did you see improvement?

FOX: I did not.

BADEN: Greta?

VAN SUSTEREN: Yes. Go ahead, Dr. Baden.

BADEN: Yes. No. What's interesting about what Mr. Fox is saying,
there were lots of diets, especially many years ago, that had bizarre
dietary eating habits and got electrolytes mixed up, as Mr. Fox said,
mostly the potassium. If you got too high potassium or too low
potassium, then the heart stops...

VAN SUSTEREN: And that's what happened.

BADEN: But it's not from a hardening of the arteries. It stops the
heart. If there's not enough blood going to the brain for five
minutes because of the heart stoppage, then it causes permanent brain
damage.

VAN SUSTEREN: All right, Gary, Dr. Baden, thank you both very much.

These are the most BLATANT LIES I have heard yet regarding Terri,
though just about every single article about Terri that comes out of
the mainstream press and just about every single TV program about
Terri and this case gives out disinformation, this interview
absolutely BLEW ME AWAY with it's falsities!

I have the court transcripts which will prove there are many lies
stated in the above interview, as well as other evidence and I will
be writing about this in the future! Terri was NOT throwing up in
the bathroom right before Michael claims he heard a thud and claims
he found her on the floor, which he, his attorneys, and the comlicit
media propagandits always refer to as Terri (so-called) "collapse"!
Terri and Michael had NOT gone out to dinner the night before,
either, as Gary Fox, Miachael's former attorney, claims in the above
interview!

Michael was working very late that night, and arrived home well after
midnight! Terri was home alone that night, until Michael arrived.
There is no proof whatsoever that Terri was throwing up just before
her so-called collapse on February 25, 1990! In fact, Michael's own
court testimonies at various times NEVER ONCE mentions this little
throwing up episode just before he claims he found Terri lying on the
floor.

He actually beat her severely, strangling her, cutting off her oxygen
supply for anywhere from 5-8 minutes, resulting in her brain injury
which caused brain damage, and from the evidence, including what the
paramedics found when they examined Terri after arriving at their
residence that morning. Michael also, per the evidence, most likely
injected Terri with insulin, though Terri was not a diabetic!) The
police came out since there was no reason for Terri, a 26 year old,
healthy woman, to be found on the floor, face down, clutching her
neck, with no known cause. The police report was routed to Homocide
due to these reasons, but the police never did any investigation
whatsoever. Why this was never investigated at the time is still
unknown to this day.

Now for the actual TRUTH, according to the actual EVIDENCE:

FIRST of all, Dr. Michael Baden, the Forensic Pathologist being
interviewed by phone on TV as cited in the transcript above, was
singing a very different tune in October of 2003 about Terri and her
injuries from 1990, and how she received them, as you will read in
the following transcript, which I have been unable to find at this
point on the Fox News website, but which I watched at the time, and
most likely still have on videotape. Note that Dr. Baden does state
in the transcript of the interview below, that Terri
is "vegetative". This is not true. Terri is not vegetative, nor is
she in a Persistent Vegetative State, or PVS, nor is she in a coma of
any kind.

Here's the transcript from an October 24, 2003 TV show on
Fox News Channel's "On the Record" with Greta Van Susteren
interviewing Dr. Baden about Terri's injuries:

Greta: Dr. Baden, a potassium imbalance, let's first talk about if
you have a potassium deficiency, can that cause the condition that
Terri Schiavo has?

Baden: Um, can, but unlikely. Potassium is very interesting. It's
probably the most lethal poison we have when it's injected rapidly,
and that's why it's the poison that kills people, capital punishment
by lethal injection. And it stops the heart from beating properly —
too much of it. But also too little of it., hypo-potassium, can also
cause the heart to stop beating properly and lead to lack of blood
flow to the brain and death of brain cells by lack of oxygen. But
that's very unusual, Greta, extremely unusual.

Greta: A normal healthy woman, I assume, would have no reason, for
instance, to take potassium supplements unless, perhaps, she's on a
diuretic or some other medication that would cause a potassium
depletion. Is that right?

Baden: That's correct. That's right.

Greta: Is there any explanation then in your mind, and I realize you
were not her team physician, but why would a woman at her age have a
potassium imbalance?

Baden: Extremely unusual unless she had certain kinds of diseases,
which she doesn't have. She was in her twenties. The reason that
she's in the state she's in is because there was a period of time,
maybe 5 minutes or 8 minutes, when not enough oxygen was going to
her brain. That can happen because the heart stops for 5 or 8
minutes, but she had a healthy heart, from what we can see. The
other thing, though. . . I'm sorry Greta?

Greta: No, go ahead.

Baden: Yeah, your staff has provided me with a bone scan that you
guys obtained ah from her initial admission in 1991 to the hospital.
And that bone scan describes her as having a head injury. That's why
she's there, that's why she's getting a bone scan. And a head injury
can cause, lead to the vegetative state that Ms. Schiavo is in now,

fractures, that on healing-stage, so that....

Greta: So, let me back up a second. Head injury. Could she have had,
could she have passed out from a potassium imbalance causing a
falling head injury? Is that what you're talking about, or are you
suggesting some pre-existing head injury to her passing out?

Baden: Something totally different. That it's extremely rare for a
20-year-old to have a cardiac arrest from low potassium who has no
other diseases. So the other issue is could it have been due to some
other cause, which is raised by the family, has to be looked at.

Greta: Alright, other injuries and bone injuries, what does that
suggest to you?

Baden: Some kind of trauma. The trauma can be from an auto accident,
the trauma can be from a fall, or the trauma can be from some kind
of beating that she obtained from somebody somewhere. It's something
that should have been investigated in 1991 when these findings were
found, and….

Greta: They were fresh.

Baden: Maybe there were, Maybe they were investigated by police at
that time.

Greta: Alright. Dr. Michael Baden, thank you.

woman by whom he has had two children, claims Terri would not have

Associated Press Targets Terri Schiavo

Media repeats misrepresentations in Terri Schiavo case.


Clearwater, FL - On February 24, 2005, Associated Press released a
report penned by Vickie Chachere which cited an eating disorder as
the cause of Terri Schiavo's mysterious collapse and ensuing brain
injury on February 25, 1990.

Contrary to the account of writer Chachere, there was never a
determination by any court nor the Florida Department of Health that
Terri Schiavo ever suffered from any eating disorder, bulimia,
anorexia or compulsive behavior that would lead to a heart failure at
the age of 26.

Indeed, Florida's Department of Health had completely and absolutely
cleared Terri's general practitioner of any negligence or wrong-doing
in her case. This was after the physician had been accused by Terri's
husband of ignoring evidence of an eating disorder.

Additionally, at the time of her mysterious medical episode, Terri
Schiavo stood 5'3" and weighed somewhere between 115 and 118 pounds -
a slim, but normal stature and weight.

Associated Press writer, Vickie Chachere cites not ONE medical
document that would affirm her careless contention that Terri Schiavo
was an irresponsible dieter or a compulsive victim of an eating
disorder. The Terri Schindler-Schiavo Foundation asks Ms. Chachere to
readily produce the facts upon which she penned such assertions.

The parents and siblings have repeatedly offered to media and press a
copy of a bone scan conducted on Terri Schiavo just one year after
her incident that reveals multiple sites of trauma and broken bones
throughout Terri's body. Neither the law enforcement agencies nor the
media or press have made any effort to investigate why Terri
Schiavo's body was seemingly broken by battery.

Instead, they perpetuate the unsubstantiated claims that Terri
Schiavo suffered from an eating disorder that rendered her healthy,
26 year-old heart incapable of carrying on.

Statement of Robert Schindler, Terri's' Father: ""This is a
slanderous accusation against my daughter with no basis in fact.
Certain members of the press seem determined to spread misinformation
to kill Terri."

The Terri Schindler-Schiavo Foundation is calling upon all of media
and press to take up the task of investigating allegations of serious
abuse against Terri Schiavo as are evidenced in the 1991 bone scan
and well as ongoing violations against Terri under Florida's
Guardianship Statutes.

a spinal cord injury and hypoxic encephalopathy will need different
treatment and rehab recommendations than one who just has a hypoxic

WRITER RESPONDED TO THE ABOVE ADDRESS IN REFERENCE TO PARAMEDICS
NEEDING
ASSISTANCE ON A MEDICAL EMERGENCY.

UPON ARRIVAL, WRITER SPOKE WITH FIREFIGHTER/PARAMEDIC J. RADJESKI. HE
STATED
HE RESPONDED TO THE ADDRESS FOR A MEDICAL EMERGENCY. THEY FOUND A
SUBJECT IN
QUESTION (THERESA) LYING FACE DOWN AND UNCONSCIOUS HALFWAY IN AND
HALFWAY OUT
OF A BATHROOM. SHE WAS UNRESPONSIVE THE ENTIRE TIME AND WAS
TRANSPORTED TO
HUMANA NORTHSIDE HOSPITAL BY SUNSTAR MEDIC ONE AMBULANCE #328 (J.
CAMPBELL AND
J. EISENBRANDT). SHE WAS FOUND WITH HER HEAD FACING EAST OUT INTO A
HALLWAY
AND HER FEET AND LEGS POINTING WEST ON THE BATHROOM FLOOR. HE STATED
SHE
SHOWED NO OUTWARD SIGNS OF VIOLENCE. THE POLICE WERE CALLED BECAUSE
OF HER
AGE AND BECAUSE THE SITUATION SEEMED UNUSUAL.

WRITER FOUND NOTHING UNUSUAL INSIDE THE APARTMENT. THERE WERE NO
SIGNS OF A
STRUGGLE OR ANYTHING THAT WOULD INDICATE A CRIME HAD BEEN COMMITTED.
VARIOUS
BOTTLES OF PRESCRIPTION MEDICATION WERE PRESENT IN THE KITCHEN;
HOWEVER, ONLY
TWO WERE PRESCRIBED TO THERESA.

WRITER SECURED THE APARTMENT AND BROUGHT THE KEYS TO THE HOSPITAL.
WRITER
SPOKE WITH THERESA'S HUSBAND (MICHAEL) WHO STATED HE WAS AWAKENED
THIS MORNING
WHEN HE HEARD A THUD. HE THOUGHT HIS WIFE HAD FALLEN DOWN AND GOT UP
TO CHECK
ON HER. HE FOUND HER UNCONSCIOUS ON THE FLOOR AND CALLED PARAMEDICS.

MICHAEL STATED HE DOESN'T KNOW WHAT COULD BE WRONG WITH THERESA.
THERE
HAVEN'T BEEN ANY PROBLEMS AT HOME WHICH WOULD LEAD TO HER WANTING TO
TRY
SUICIDE AND THEY HAVE HAD NO MAJOR ARGUMENTS LATELY. SHE IS ALLERGIC
TO
CERTAIN ITEMS BUT KNOWS WHAT NOT TO INGEST. SHE DOESN'T HAVE A
HISTORY OF
HEART DISEASE. SHE HAS HAD RECENT "FEMALE" PROBLEMS AND IS SEEING HER
GYNECOLOGIST ON A REGULAR BASIS. SHE HAS BEEN TIRED LATELY AND NOT
FEELING
WELL.

WHEN WRITER OBSERVED THERESA SHE WAS STILL UNCONSCIOUS AND ON A
RESPIRATOR.
MEDICAL PERSONNEL ADVISED THAT SHE WAS UNRESPONSIVE UPON ARRIVAL. A
DRUG
SCREEN REVEALED NO AMOUNTS OF ILLEGAL NARCOTICS PRESENT IN HER SYSTEM
AND HER
BLOOD ALCOHOL LEVEL MEASURED AT "LESS THAN 10", WHICH A NURSE
DESCRIBED AS
BEING THE BOTTOM OF THE SCALE. A PHYSICAL INSPECTION BY WRITER ALSO
REVEALED

Northside Hospital discharge summary records explain that the doctors
involved with diagnosing what happened to Terri Schiavo were
mystified with what caused her to collapse





1.) The toxicology screen was negative indicating that there were
no drugs being used by Terri.



2.) Terri's echocardiogram was normal, which would rule out any
congenital cardiac anomaly.



3.) A heart attack – or technically, a "myocardial infarction"
or "MI" – is eliminated because her enzymes are not elevated.



4.) A doctor's note in the discharge summary stated that maybe a
low potassium level may have caused the arrest. The doctor was not
able to think of anything else; clearly puzzled.

Foul Play In Terri Schiavo Case?

This is a partial transcript from Hannity & Colmes, October 27, 2003,
that has been edited for clarity.

SEAN HANNITY, CO-HOST: A 1990 heart attack left Terri Schiavo with
severe brain damage. Since then a legal battle has raged over whether
or not to keep her alive. On October 15 her feeding tube was removed,
according to her husband's wishes.

Last week, after intervention by the Florida legislature, Governor
Jeb Bush ordered that her feeding tube be reinserted. Now time is
running out for Terri's husband to challenge the constitutionality of
the law that's been dubbed by many as Terri's Law.

So what will happen next in this tragic case? Joining us now is
Terri's father, Robert Schindler. And also joining us, a neurosurgeon
who has examined Terri, Dr. William Hammesfahr.

All right. Thank you both for being with us.

How is she doing first of all, Mr. Schindler, after the tube now has
been reinserted?

ROBERT SCHINDLER, TERRI SCHIAVO'S FATHER: She's really made a
remarkable combat. She's very, very tired naturally, being without
food for seven days and hydration. But today, she was probably a
little more responsive than yesterday, and she was very agitated
today. She didn't want to bother with anybody or anything.

HANNITY: Yes. Doctor, you've examined her, and you've come to the
conclusion, No. 1, that can she can be rehabilitated. And when is the
last time you evaluated her and what else did you find?

DR. WILLIAM HAMMESFAHR, NEUROLOGIST: I saw her last about a year ago
for the court. I want to just jump in here for a second. I'm a
neurologist and not a neurosurgeon.

HANNITY: I'm sorry.

HAMMESFAHR: I saw her last about a year ago and as part of the court
ordered evaluations.

HANNITY: Yes, but you basically said that she could be rehabilitated,
that she showed...

HAMMESFAHR: Absolutely. She is not in a coma. She did not have a
heart attack. She is not in a coma presently. She absolutely can be
rehabilitated. There's no question about that.

HANNITY: You know, Mr. ...

HAMMESFAHR: In fact, she follows commands right now. She follows
commands right now.

HANNITY: Well, I can see that.

HAMMESFAHR: She's not in a coma.

HANNITY: I'm not a doctor, but when I see this video it's heart-
wrenching to me and the fact that this poor women went six days
without a feeding tube is frightening to me.

The last time we had you on, Mr. Schindler, you were very harsh in
your comments about the husband. And you believe his fear is, is that
if your daughter wakes up, she will have to -- a tale to tell about
him. Can you...

SCHINDLER: That comes from the evidence that there's medical evidence
that she had a neck injury. And as the doctor said, she had no heart
attack. And her ribs and parts of her body suffered fractures.

HANNITY: Yes.

SCHINDLER: And there's really no explanation for what her collapse
was. Not at all.

ALAN COLMES, CO-HOST: Doctor Hammesfahr, I read the medical report.
There was a report that when she came into the E.R., she had a rigid
neck. Is that consistent with a neck injury?

HAMMESFAHR: Absolutely, yes, it is. They also did X-rays at the
emergency room and the X-rays showed straightening of the normal
spinal curvature, which is very typical of a new neck injury.

COLMES: We heard a lot about low potassium, but this neck injury
stuff is very interesting. Would that kind of a situation be
consistent with the possibility of foul play?

HAMMESFAHR: I'd like to go back to the potassium for a second,
because he talked about the potassium and about the diet pills issue
or some other drugs.

COLMES: Sure. Sure.

HAMMESFAHR: But the medical record clearly shows that there has never
been a heart attack. Potassium causes damage by causing heart
attacks, so we know the potassium is not an issue.

COLMES: But with the rigid neck, is that consistent with what could
be foul play?

HAMMESFAHR: I have seen a neck that rigid from trauma to the neck.

COLMES: All right. So you wouldn't venture to say foul play but --
are you intimating that?

HAMMESFAHR: I think that that type of a neck that shows a degree of
injury, and I think that it needs to be looked at much more closely
to find out the exact cause.

Right now we have a woman who had a collapse with no known cause. No
evidence of infection, heart attack, respiratory failure or anything.
The only thing found in the emergency room is a damaged neck.

COLMES: Mr. Schindler, are you going to try to prove foul play at
some point and try to press some kind of a case here against your son-
in- law?

SCHINDLER: Well, what we're trying to do, there are two issues. One
is to get Terri therapy, because we believe she can recover.

And the second thing is we want to have an investigation. We're
asking the local police, the attorney, and no one will touch it.
There's a cap on it. Someone's blocking everything.

HANNITY: Mr. Schindler, we're going to continue to follow this story.
I'm very, very grateful to the Florida legislature and Jeb Bush. I
think they did the right thing, and we'll monitor this and have you
back on again.

SCHINDLER: So were we. Thank you very much.

Here is a link to the bone scan done on Terri Schiavo on March 5,
1991, 53 weeks after her husband, Michael Schiavo, attacked her
during a severe domestic violence attack on February 25, 1990. The
bone scan was ordered immediately sealed by Michael Schiavo and was
KEPT SEALED, along with all of Terri's medical records, and all
medical information and records were kept secret from and kept off
limits to Terri's family FOR YEARS! Terri was NEVER treated for any
of her broken bones, hot spots, injuries, closed head injury, etc.
Michael would not allow it, and Terri's parents did not know she had
these injuries until very recently! In fact, the bone scan was not
discovered by Terri's family until November, 2002!

two months after the mysterious incident that left Terri Schindler
Schiavo severely mentally disabled, Dr. Hamilton, an Orthopedic
Surgeon, examined her. A year later Terri was demonstrating painful
reactions to physical therapy treatment, so on March 5, 1991, the
Mediplex therapist director ordered a bone scan.

This bone scan revealed a healed broken right femur bone and healed
bone fractures in Terri Schindler Schiavo's ribs, pelvis, spine and
ankle.

Dr. W. Campbell Walker concluded that Terri has a history of trauma
and presumed that the other multiple areas of abnormal activity also
relate to previous trauma.

As Terri's lone guardian, Michael Schiavo has been able to conceal
the bone scan and examinations from her parents, brother, and sister
for over ten years. To date, Michael Schiavo has not allowed the
family to see the results of the May 6 examination, the emergency
room records from the day of the incident, nor any of the
accompanying x-rays.

Michael Schiavo's inability to be forthright over the bone scan
brings into question his lone description of Terri's activity at the
time of the incident. His choice to have his wife terminated rather
than rehabilitated may not be in pursuit of her interests, but to
continue to conceal the level of physical violence he displayed
toward Terri.

Dr. Hamilton, Orthopedic Surgeon, consults Terri a short time after
her collapse, on February 25, 1990

While Terri was a patient at Northside Hospital, unbeknownst to
Terri's family, and according to the Northside Hospital discharge
summary, Dr. Hamilton, an Orthopedic Surgeon, consulted Terri on May
6, 1990. This was just two months after Terri collapsed (February
25, 1990) and just three days before Terri was discharged from
Northside Hospital.

Michael Schiavo, acting as Terri's guardian and in control of what
medical information was revealed, and also any medical decisions
regarding Terri's treatment, did not report this information to
anyone in Terri's family. Therefore, Terri's family did not have any
knowledge that Dr. Hamilton consulted Terri or what was disclosed as
a result of Dr. Hamilton's examination of Terri.

It was only a year later, on March 5, 1991, after Terri was
demonstrating painful reactions to physical therapy treatment, that
the Mediplex therapist director ordered Terri to have a bone scan.

This bone scan taken of Terri on March 5, 1991, revealed a healed
broken right femur bone and healed bone fractures in Terri's ribs,
pelvis, spine and ankle. The injuries more than likely occurred at
the time of Terri collapse. The radiologist (Dr. Walker) concluded

It wasn't until November 2002 that Terri's family discovered this
information regarding the multiple fractures found throughout her
body.

Michael Schiavo never disclosed that Terri had a bone scan image
taken just a year after her collapse to anyone in Terri's family and,
as mentioned, never disclosed that Terri was consulted by an
Orthopedic Surgeon.

4 Anoxic and hypoxic encephalopathies are

5 characterized by multiple small strokes. So depending

6 upon where that stroke is, is where your deficiency is.

7 In your average stroke, the entire side of the body is

8 affected. But in a hypoxic or anoxic episodes, or

9 cerebral palsy, you will see lots of different areas

10 affected. And there may be another injury, a neck

11 injury with her also, which compounds her examination.

12 Q. Compounds what, her condition?

13 A. Her condition, yes. There is a neck injury.

14 There may be a spinal cord injury, also.

15 Q. How were you able to determine a neck injury?

16 A. By physical examination. On physical

17 examination, she has several characteristics that are

18 not typical of a stroke. First, she has very severe

19 neck spasms. That's typical of the body's response,

20 splinting the area to prevent injury to that area.

21 Q. Splinting the area?

22 A. Yeah. If you injure your arm, you will move

23 it. Your muscles will contract around it to keep that

24 area moving. Her muscles around the neck area are

25 heavily contracted to help prevent movement around that

1 area. Later on in the videotape, we actually show that

2 it's almost impossible for her to bend her neck.

3 You can pick her entire body up off the bed

4 just by putting pressure on the back of the neck area,

5 which is not typical in brain injury patients but in

6 neck injury patients. In addition, her sensory

7 examination is nothing like a typical stroke patient or

8 typical anoxic encephalopathy.

9 Q. Are you experienced in treatment of patients

10 with spinal cord injury?

11 A. Yes, I am.

What is interesting is I'm not able to flex

5 the neck. There I tried to bend the neck forward and

6 she doesn't flex forward. What I'm doing to her feels

7 as almost a massage.

8 We are going to come back to that neck a

9 little bit more because I clearly have not completed all

10 of my examination at that time.

Q. Now, her chin does not go down?

18 A. Her chin does not go down. My hand is

19 essentially on the back of the scull here, not on the

20 neck area. She is rigid in the upper spine area, and

21 that goes along with a neck injury. And that's

22 important for several reasons. First one is that there

23 is a change in the neurological exam. We had a person

24 essentially here that has had brain injury and probably

25 also a spinal cord injury.

1 Q. Spinal cord or vertebral injury?

2 A. Vertebral injury, but I also suspect, from

3 other parts of my examination, spinal cord injury along

4 with it.

5 In addition, when you have a neck injury, it

6 causes irritation to the sympathetic nerves that control

7 blood flow into the brain. Much of the blood flow to

8 the brain goes in through that area. So when they're

9 damaged, you narrow the blood flow. There is a

10 restricted blood flow to the brain.

Humana Discharge Summary, Terri's neck was, "somewhat stiff"

As stated in the discharge summary dated May 9, 1990, the doctors
involved in Terri's care, while she was initially admitted and then
remained as a patient at Humana Northside, did not know what caused
Terri's collapse the night of February 25, 1990, there was only
speculation.

However, according to the discharge summary the doctor reported that
Terri's neck was somewhat stiff, as well as the rest of her body, the
night that Terri was admitted to the hospital.

Since 1993, all medical information including all of Terri's medical
records have been sealed by Michael Schiavo's orders. It was just
prior to the January 2000 trial that they were released to the
Schindler's lawyer for review. At that time, there were volumes of
information, containing thousands of unsystematic medical documents
that the attorney was allowed to search through.

The discharge summary revealing the information regarding Terri's
neck was discovered only recently, and after Judge Greer made his
original ruling, February 11, 2000, to discontinue Terri's food and
hydration.

This information regarding Terri's neck is consistent with the 2002
testimony of Dr. Bamabkidis and Dr. Hammesfahr stating that they both
noticed something abnormal with Terri's neck, and also the additional
testimony of Dr. Hammesfahr where he compared Terri's neck to that of
another patient he treated, which was caused by attempted
strangulation.

As national pro-life groups and prominent leaders converged in
vigils outside Woodside Hospice in Pinellas Park, Florida, Terri
Schiavo is inside the building in her bed, still hooked up to the
feeding tube that has been center-focus of this so-called "right-to-
die" case for the past several years. Ms. Schiavo is profoundly
disabled and cannot communicate with words at this time.

But she knows. She feels. There's expression in those eyes. Just one
look at her in a video with her mother and everyone except the
Scarecrow on his way to Oz knows it, too.

Recently, another presumed "brain-dead" woman made news in Kansas.
In a coma after becoming the victim of a drunk driver, Sarah
Scantlin snapped out of a twenty year silence and began to speak.
Memories are now coming back to her. By legal definition, Miss
Scantlin's life is valid. Yesterday, it was not. Was she ever in a
persistent vegetative state, or PVS? She'd respond to questions by
blinking once for no, twice for yes, but since she couldn't speak no
one was ever sure she understood the questions.

That's the problem. No one is ever sure. The only ones who claim to
know what's best for the profoundly disabled are those who seek to
benefit the most by having them legally murdered.

On Monday, February 21, new hearings will commence before Judge
Greer with regard to the Schiavo case. The Empire Journal reports
that David Gibbs III, attorney representing Terri's parents Robert
and Mary Schindler, will argue that new medical tests be ordered for
Terri based upon a new brain imaging study published in the
journal "Neurology." These tests could determine whether Terri
Schiavo is, in fact, in a PVS. Since Judge Greer believes she is,
ruled to have her killed and has thus far refused the admission of
any medical evidence that would save Terri's life, I'd be shocked to
see him budge.

Greer has been acting in the dual role of judge and guardian ad
litem. He previously denied a petition by Terri's parents that their
daughter be given a swallowing test, and has denied them the right
to visit Terri. He continues to promote the interests of Michael
Schiavo by refusing Terri the right to independent counsel, a right
which even serial killers like Ted Bundy received.

Whenever people discuss euthanasia, you'll always find those who
will defend the odious practice. However, no one defends domestic
violence. That leads to the 6 ft. 6 inch, 250 pound problem: Michael
Schiavo. The evidence compiled against him suggests a history and
pattern of domestic abuse against Terri and other women that is
strong and significant. An immediate criminal investigation is
warranted.

taken on March 5, 1991. As Terri's guardian, Michael Schiavo denied
her family access to Terri's records, the results of which were not
made available until November, 2002. This scan indicated numerous
broken bones in various stages of healing, including compressions
fractures, a broken back, pelvis, ankle, bone bruises and
ossifications.

Board certified radiologist Dr. Walker read the scan in 1991 and
interpreted the results as abnormal, which he attributed to either
an accident or earlier trauma. Based on the remodeling process of
her bones, Dr. Walker stated in his deposition that a) the injuries
indicated by the scan occurred on or around the time that Terri
Schiavo collapsed; b) the abnormalities on the bone scan were not
typical of someone suffering cardiac arrest and collapsing to the
floor, and c) the fractures indicated by the bone scan are not
typical of patients bedridden only thirteen months. As recorded in
Dr. Walker's November 21, 2003 deposition, Terri might have been the
victim of foul play via a blow to her body, being thrown into a
sharp furniture corner, or assaulted with a blunt object.

On October 24, 2003, renowned forensic pathologist Dr. Michael Baden
was interviewed by Greta van Susteren on Fox News. He disclosed that
with low potassium and no elevated enzymes, it would be extremely
rare for a young woman to collapse as Terri did from a heart attack.
When asked what the bone injuries suggest to him, Dr. Baden
replied, "Some kind of trauma. The trauma can be from a fall, or the
trauma can be from some kind of beating that she obtained from
somebody somewhere. It's something that should have been
investigated in 1991 when these findings were found."

and that's why it's the poison that kills people, capital punishment
by lethal injection. And it stops the heart from beating properly —
too much of it. But also too little of it., hypo-potassium, can also
cause the heart to stop beating properly and lead to lack of blood
flow to the brain and death of brain cells by lack of oxygen. But
that's very unusual, Greta, extremely unusual.

Greta: A normal healthy woman, I assume, would have no reason, for
instance, to take potassium supplements unless, perhaps, she's on a
diuretic or some other medication that would cause a potassium
depletion. Is that right?

Baden: That's correct. That's right.

Greta: Is there any explanation then in your mind, and I realize you
were not her team physician, but why would a woman at her age have a
potassium imbalance?

Baden: Extremely unusual unless she had certain kinds of diseases,
which she doesn't have. She was in her twenties. The reason that
she's in the state she's in is because there was a period of time,
maybe 5 minutes or 8 minutes, when not enough oxygen was going to
her brain. That can happen because the heart stops for 5 or 8
minutes, but she had a healthy heart, from what we can see. The
other thing, though. . . I'm sorry Greta?

Greta: No, go ahead.

Baden: Yeah, your staff has provided me with a bone scan that you
guys obtained ah from her initial admission in 1991 to the hospital.
And that bone scan describes her as having a head injury. That's why
she's there, that's why she's getting a bone scan. And a head injury
can cause, lead to the vegetative state that Ms. Schiavo is in now,

could she have passed out from a potassium imbalance causing a
falling head injury? Is that what you're talking about, or are you
suggesting some pre-existing head injury to her passing out?

Baden: Something totally different. That it's extremely rare for a
20-year-old to have a cardiac arrest from low potassium who has no
other diseases. So the other issue is could it have been due to some
other cause, which is raised by the family, has to be looked at.

Greta: Alright, other injuries and bone injuries, what does that
suggest to you?

Baden: Some kind of trauma. The trauma can be from an auto accident,
the trauma can be from a fall, or the trauma can be from some kind
of beating that she obtained from somebody somewhere. It's something
that should have been investigated in 1991 when these findings were
found, and….

Greta: They were fresh.

Baden: Maybe there were, Maybe they were investigated by police at
that time.

Greta: Alright. Dr. Michael Baden, thank you.

On May 6, 1990, two months after the mysterious incident that left
Terri Schindler Schiavo severely mentally disabled, Dr. Hamilton, an
Orthopedic Surgeon, examined her. A year later Terri was
demonstrating painful reactions to physical therapy treatment, so on
March 5, 1991, the Mediplex therapist director ordered a bone scan.

This bone scan revealed a healed broken right femur bone and healed
bone fractures in Terri Schindler Schiavo's ribs, pelvis, spine and
ankle.

Dr. W. Campbell Walker concluded that Terri has a history of trauma
and presumed that the other multiple areas of abnormal activity also
relate to previous trauma.

As Terri's lone guardian, Michael Schiavo has been able to conceal
the bone scan and examinations from her parents, brother, and sister
for over ten years. To date, Michael Schiavo has not allowed the
family to see the results of the May 6 examination, the emergency
room records from the day of the incident, nor any of the
accompanying x-rays.

Michael Schiavo's inability to be forthright over the bone scan
brings into question his lone description of Terri's activity at the
time of the incident. His choice to have his wife terminated rather
than rehabilitated may not be in pursuit of her interests, but to
continue to conceal the level of physical violence he displayed
toward Terri.

showed markedly elevated glucose level is because Michael most
likely injected Terri with insulin on February 25, 1990, though
Terri was not and is not diabetic, and the EMT's had to give Terri
DW5, a sugar solution, dextrose, to normalize her blood sugar
level! Read what Terri's former nurse, Carla Iyer stated regarding
Michael injecting Terri with insulin on 5 other occasions LONG AFTER
Terri's so-called collapse, which was really a severe beating,

11. "When Michael visited Terri, he always came alone and always had
the door closed and locked while he was with Terri. He would
typically be there about twenty minutes or so. When he left Terri

hypoglycemic reaction, so I'd check her blood sugar. The glucometer
reading would be so low it was below the range where it would
register an actual number reading. I would put dextrose in Terri's
mouth to counteract it. This happened about five times on my shift
as I recall. Normally Terri's blood sugar levels were very stable
due to the uniformity of her diet through tube feeding. It is my
belief that Michael injected Terri with Regular insulin, which is
very fast acting."

Notes on Wednesday nights' interview (1/7/04) with neurologist,
William Hammesfahr, MD.

WILLIAM HAMMESFAHR, MD was interviewed Wednesday night on
Highway2health.net by Ron Panzer, President of Hospice Patients
Alliance. Dr. Hammesfahr is board certified in neurology and pain
management. He has spent many hours directly with Terri Schiavo and
reviewed the medical records directly. Dr. Hammesfahr unequivocally
stated that Terri is absolutely NOT in a persistent vegetative state
and definitely responds to instructions from those around her, that
she makes choices and shows decision-making ability in how she
responds.

Dr. Hammesfahr stated that the medical record was in a state of
shambles when it was given, that it was out of order by date and
that much of the medical record was never given to the Schindlers or
Dr. Hammesfahr! NEVER! Dr. Hammesfahr stated that there are notes in
the medical record by nurses who were NOT working at the time they
stated they were caring for Terri. Also, Dr. Hammesfahr stated that
parts of the medical record were completely missing! Dr. Hammesfahr
explained that Terri's blood sugar level upon admission to the
hospital was about 400 (373). When asked why it would be that high,
since Terri was NOT and is not a diabetic, Dr. Hammesfahr confirmed
that the emergency medical technicians who arrived by ambulance
probably gave Terri D-5-W, a dextrose in water solution. Dr.
Hammesfahr confirmed that EMTs would check a patient's blood glucose
level as part of their routine, when assessing a patient like Terri
who had collapsed. The only reason they would give D-5-W would
likely be that they discovered upon testing Terri, that her blood
sugar was LOW at the time of the collapse. Since Terri was not HYPO-
glycemic and was not diabetic, a POSSIBLE explanation for Terri
having LOW blood sugar at the time of her collapse is that she may
have been injected with insulin.

Noted, of course, was the sworn AFFIDAVIT/testimony of a nurse who
cared for Terri later on in the early 1990s, that Terri was found
shaking, pale and agitated after a visit by Michael Schiavo. In that
nurse's affidavit, the nurse stated that she found a vial of insulin
in Terri's PRIVATE room. Since Terri did not have diabetes, there
would be no reason for a vial of insulin to be in the garbage can in
her room at the nursing home. Dr. Hammesfahr and I agreed that we
had never seen any nurse or physician bring a vial of insulin into a
patient's room when administering insulin. The standard of practice
is to prepare a medication beforehand at the nurse's station, note
what medication is given in the medication administration record,
and then bring the syringe with the insulin in it to the patient,
but NOT the vial.

That a vial of insulin was found in Terri's room is not normal
practice even if Terri were getting insulin, but she was NOT and
never was on insulin! Dr. Hammesfahr explained that, although
Michael Schiavo admits to "shaking Terri up" Terri's injuries and
condition are not explainable due to anyone shaking her head ...
that her clinical condition would have been different if that was
the sole cause of her brain injury. Dr. Hammesfahr stated that the
type of injury and clinical condition Terri had at the time of her
collapse could be explained by a possible strangulation attempt
and/or an insulin injection combined with some form of attack or
trauma.

Dr. Hammesfahr confirmed that no police investigation was done to
look into Terri's condition, even after a bone scan (13 months after
her collapse) revealed multiple TRAUMA and broken bones. Dr.
Hammesfahr stated that the broken bones could NOT be explained by
any form of bone disease, that these were ABSOLUTELY broken bones
and that it must have been done through trauma, injury to her. Dr.
Hammesfahr said that other physicians had also come to the same
conclusion. Dr. Hammesfahr stated that Michael Schiavo kept these
bone scans and other medical records secret for over a DECADE. [They
were only released in 2002!]

Dr. Hammesfahr revealed that not only has Terri NEVER had a heart
attack as widely reported in the major media, she also NEVER even
had a cardiac arrest (her heart never stopped)! [she had arhythmias
of the heart but not a "stopped heart."] He explained that Terri's
injuries were multiple and showed injury TO her. He stated that
Terri had marked injury to her neck which still exists today, and
that he has only seen a similar injury, with spinal cord involvement
as well as brain injury, in one case where a patient had been
strangled. He stated that Terri had an L-1 injury to her spine,
which he stated is common among persons being thrown against a
table, for example. Dr. Hammesfahr confirmed that Terri could talk
and was improving in the very first year when she was getting some
rehabilitation (BEFORE Michael got the money), and that the medical
records confirm, that after Michael got the money, rehabilitation
was completely stopped!

Dr. Hammesfahr revealed that in the early years, Terri had had a
very small device surgically implanted into her brain to provide
therapeutic very low dosages of electrical stimulation to the brain,
which could help Terri, and which DID help Terri when it was first
started. However, after Michael got the money, Michael did not allow
further attempts to help Terri in this way. In addition, Dr.
Hammesfahr explained that the device (or any device) implanted,
would normally be carefully monitored so that no infection would
occur and no harm come to the patient. However, in Terri's case that
was not done and has not been done.

Dr. Hammesfahr revealed that Terri has at least 75% functional brain
tissue and that the stories circulating in the media about a head
full of fluid "only" are totally false. He has had patients with
less brain function doing much more than Terri is doing, and Dr.
Hammesfahr believes that Terri is being kept to a lower level of
function by her being denied opportunities to do anything, have any
rehabilitation, and that she her improvement is being sabotaged by
her being kept in isolation, with very few visitors or other input.
Dr. Hammesfahr revealed that Larry King had suggested to Michael
Schiavo that he let Mr. King's news crew go in to film Terri, to
settle once and for all what Terri's condition is, and that Michael
REFUSED!

Dr. Hammesfahr confirmed that Terri has been sedated at various
periods of time and that the sedation of Terri would make Terri less
responsive, especially during an examination by physicians who would
try to see what her condition was. He explained that physician
assessments of Terri made when she was sedated would necessarily NOT
be accurate, that they would UNDER-estimate her level of cognition
and abilities. Dr. Hammesfahr also revealed that Terri suffers from
some hydrocephalus, or fluid buildup in the brain. This is a serious
condition that must be treated to avoid further damage to the brain.
Dr. Hammesfahr confirmed that Michael has NOT allowed Terri to be
treated for her hydrocephalus. [This is in violation of Florida
guardian laws]

Dr. Hammesfahr, whose field is neurology, explained that an EEG
(electro-encephalograph reading) test which did not show much brain
activity was BOGUS! because it was done after Terri had been
transported to a facility for the testing and Terri had been
restless at the time, moving around quite a bit. Muscular movement
during an EEG produces readings on the EEG which must be filtered
out. Dr. Hammesfahr explained that by "filtering out" the EEG
activity Terri had due to the muscular movements, those filtering
that brain activity out had also filtered out Terri's brain
activity. In other words, the EEG done was worthless because it was
not properly done and several doctors have agreed with that.

Dr. Hammesfahr pointed out that Terri was also tested with balloons
to see if she would follow the balloon with her eyes and head when
instructed to do so. Dr. Hammesfahr pointed out that Terri did
follow the balloons when instructed, and that she did so, even
though turning her head far enough to the side caused her pain. He
pointed out that reflex actions are usually to avoid pain, but in
Terri's case she turned her head into painful positions in order to
follow the instructions of the physician testing her. Dr. Hammesfahr
confirmed that several experts in neurology agree that Terri could
improve, can improve and that everything that should be done for her
is NOT being done. In fact, Dr. Hammesfahr confirmed that the
isolation and deliberate removal of all stimulation from Terri is
harming Terri, depriving her of the input and stimulation which
would help her reach a higher cognitive level and ability. He stated
that Terri should be getting much exposure to sights, sounds and
other forms of rehabilitation.

Dr. Hammesfahr explained that Dr. Ronald Cranford (who testified for
Michael Schiavo and George Felos' side - the right to die
agenda) ... that Dr. Cranford was NOT a neurologist and was not an
expert in the field. Also, that Dr. Cranford spent less than ONE
hour with Terri totally! Yet the court relied on Dr. Cranford's
testimony, rather than several other neurologists, including Dr.
Hammesfahr. [The court was not gathering information in order to
rule based on fact, it was simply following an agenda.]

Dr. Hammesfahr explained that as a physician and a person, he is
outraged at the mistreatment Terri is receiving and that the denial
of rehabilitation for Terri violates the standards of medical

been the victim of strangulation.

"Spinal Exam: The patient's exam from a spinal perspective is
abnormal. The degree of limitation of range of motion, and of
spasms in her neck, is consistent with a neck injury. The abnormal
sensory exam, that shows evidence of her hypoxic encephalopathic
strokes (right side sensory responses are different from left) also
suggests a spinal cord injury at around the level of C4. Her
physical exam and videotapes also suggest a spinal cord injury is
also present, as she has much better control over he face, head, and
neck, than over her arms and legs. This reminds one of a person
with a spinal cord injury who has good facial control, but poor use
of arms and legs."

"It is possible that a correctable spinal abnormality such as a
herniated disk may be found that could be treated and result in
better neurological functioning. This should be looked for, as may
be treatable. Thus, there may be an injured disk or spinal cord; the
disk injury is more treatable, the spinal cord injury, if present
without a disk injury, may be more difficult to treat. A person with
a spinal cord injury and hypoxic encephalopathy will need different
treatment and rehab recommendations than one who just has a hypoxic
encephalopathic."

offered preliminary thoughts and provided a chilling profile of
Michael Schiavo as an abusive husband.

In response to several reader's emails asking if a psychiatrist had
ever profiled Michael Schiavo's demeaner or possible psychiatric
problems, I offer the following 2004 expert witness testimony.
Mindful that this is an expert witness in behalf of the Schindler's
position and therefore prejudicial to Michael's case. However,
according to Dr. Lieberman's testimony, Michael's own psychiatrist
warned the Schindlers to call the police.

--- "Michael has been under psychiatric care, including being
prescribed several psychotropic medications. One of his treating
therapists, Dr. Peter Kaplan, told Terri's father that he should
have called the police after Michael argued with Terri's sister,
Susanne, and Michael tried to attack her. This occurred right after

Preliminary Thoughts On How Terri Schiavo's Husband, Michael, Fits
The Profile Of A Wife Abuser.


Based upon my interviews of Terri's father, Robert Schindler, and my
research into media accounts of her case, I can provide the
following preliminary opinions at this time:


--As the author of the book, Bad Boys: Why We Love Them, How to Live
with Them and When to Leave Them, I have studied men who exhibit
pathology in their relationships with women. Profiles of the twelve
different types of bad boys are explained. Michael Schiavo fits the
profile, described in the book as the Prince of Darkness (see
chapter 13). O.J. Simpson was cited as a classic example of this
type, and there are indeed similarities between the two men. It is
especially significant to note that O.J. flew into a homicidal rage
when he realized that Nicole was totally abandoning him, as is
characteristic of these impulsive men who most dread being abandoned
by their woman. Similarly, Michael Schiavo was likely to have known
that Terri had begun making plans to divorce him, since she had told
a coworker and family member. Stalking is characteristic of this
type of man, as well. And a girlfriend of Michael's, Cindy, accused
him of stalking her in 2001.


--Terri's personality fits that of a woman who would have been
attracted (and attractive) to such a man. She was a loner as a
child. In high school she was overweight and not popular with boys.
She had low self-esteem. She was extremely compassionate, nurturing
and subservient. They met when Terri was 20 years old, and married
by the time she was 21. Such whirlwind courtships are typical of
these men, who are able to spot a vulnerable woman they can
dominate, and eager to seal her commitment to him.


Terri was frightened to object to Michael's pathologically
controlling behavior. For example, he would monitor her odometer to
control where she went. He tried to isolate her from her friends and
family. She had to account for every penny, though they often lived
on her income, since he would be fired, sometimes only after two
weeks. He would splurge on $400 suits for himself, while she had to
economize. He called her at work 3-4 times a day, often complaining
of hating his job because no one appreciated him. He was often
observed scolding her.


--Terri's family observed black and blue marks on her before the
incident that plunged her into her current state. Medical records
and/or experts have revealed that her neck injury was consistent
with strangulation. A bone scan revealed multiple fractures
occurring within 1-2 months before or after the incident, which has
been described as equivalent to her being "hit by a mack truck".
Michael has given three different explanations of how he found Terri
after the incident.




--Michael has had Terri's jewelry re-set into a ring for himself.
Terri had two beloved cats that she adopted from an animal shelter,
where they'd landed after being mistreated. When he moved in with
his girlfriend, Cindy, he had Terri's cats euthanized.
Psychologically, this is symbolic of what he is trying to do now to
Terri.


--Michael has been under psychiatric care, including being
prescribed several psychotropic medications. One of his treating
therapists, Dr. Peter Kaplan, told Terri's father that he should
have called the police after Michael argued with Terri's sister,
Susanne, and Michael tried to attack her. This occurred right after
Terri's collapse, when they were all in a house together. Terri's
father told Susanne to lock her door and keep a hammer nearby.


--As a psychiatric expert witness, I have had experience performing
psychiatric examinations of men like Michael Schiavo, and testifying
in court about similar cases. The above is simply meant to
illustrate some of the indications that Michael fits the profile of
an abusive husband. He should most definitely be investigated as the
perpetrator of the `incident' that caused Terri's collapse and her
current condition. If Terri were to be allowed to die, as Michael
has been desperately struggling to achieve for years, it could help
him escape detection. This would be a grave miscarriage of justice.

Prior to Terri's collapse, there were serious financial problems in
her marriage and her husband Michael tried to control her behavior.
He was fired from six jobs in two years, some of which he held only
two weeks. They often lived on her income, which Michael often spent
on himself. He monitored her odometer and isolated her from her
family and friends. On the day of her collapse, Michael and Terri
had a bad fight after he accused her of spending too much money at
the hairdresser.

Dr. Lieberman concludes: "He (Michael) should most definitely be
investigated as the perpetrator of the `incident' that caused
Terri's collapse and her current condition."

Michael Schiavo insists that Terri stated early in their marriage
that she never would want to be kept on life support.

Diane Meyer can recall only one time that her best friend, Terri
Schiavo, really got angry with her. It was in 1981, and it haunts
her still.

The recent high school graduates had just seen a television movie
about Karen Ann Quinlan, who had been in a coma since collapsing six
years earlier and was the subject of a bitter court battle over her
parents' decision to take her off a respirator. Meyer says she told
a cruel joke about Quinlan, and it set Terri off.

"She went down my throat about this joke, that it was
inappropriate," Meyer says. She remembers Terri saying she wondered
how the doctors and lawyers could possibly know what Quinlan was
really feeling or what she would want.

"Where there's life," Meyer recalls her saying, "there's hope."

Twenty-two years later and suffering from brain damage, Terri is now
the subject of a similar debate -- and so is the question of what
choice she would make about her life and death.)

Michael Schiavo insists that Terri stated early in their marriage
that she never would want to be kept on life support.

Even if that were true, Terri is not on life support; she breathes
on her own. Since Terri has no written will, everything Michael
Schiavo says is hearsay. He violated numerous Florida statutes and
the Americans for Disabilities Act by failing to perform his duties
as his wife's guardian, most notably by denying his disabled wife
basic medical care as part of a malpractice settlement award he
received.

However, of all Michael's offensive actions against his wife, what I
deem most suspicious was his decision to have Terri cremated
immediately upon her demise. (Note from saveterrislife: One of
Michael Schiavo's attorneys, Deborah Bushnell, in a motion to the
court, asked for permission to use funds from the money set aside
solely for Terri's therapy and medical needs, to pre-pay for Terri's
cremation and burial expenses and corrupt Judge Greer okayed it!

WorldNetDaily has reported Michael Schiavo won more than $1.2
million in 1992 that was to be earmarked for Terri's care and
therapy but was never spent for that purpose.

Felos told reporters yesterday the sum in Terri's trust fund had
been whittled down to $55,000. While he and Michael Schiavo's other
attorney, Deborah Bushnell, say they haven't been paid in over a
year, Felos was previously paid $358,434 out of the fund. Bushnell
told the St. Petersburg Times she had been paid approximately
$80,000 from the fund.

In a move that horrified Terri's family last year, Bushnell also
filed a petition with probate Judge George Greer seeking
authorization of pre-payment for Terri's cremation and burial
expenses out of the fund.

Pat Anderson, the attorney representing Terri's parents, Robert and
Mary Schindler, has filed multiple petitions seeking the removal of
Michael Schiavo as Terri's guardian and chief decision maker. Among
her arguments, she claims Michael Schiavo misspent the medical
funds.

"While exhausting Terri's money for the purpose of killing her, not
one red cent could be found by Schiavo to enhance the quality of her
life after receipt of the malpractice award. ... [A]nd the
expenditure of nothing for therapy that would reduce the pain of
contractures, enhance Terri's ability to swallow, or facilitate
recovery of basic abilities is the grossest form of asset
mismanagement," Anderson stated in a petition filed and rejected by
Greer last November.

WorldNetDaily has reported Terri sustained brain damage when she
mysteriously collapsed in 1990 at the age of 26 and oxygen was cut
to her brain for several minutes. The Schindlers have been fighting
with their son-in-law for 10 years over the fate of their daughter.
He contends his wife is in a persistent vegetative state and told
him once she would not want to be kept alive artificially. The
Schindlers argue Terri is alert, responsive and vocalizes and
maintain she wants to live. She has no written directive on the
matter.

In all the documentation on this case, there is not a single account
of Terri Schiavo having ever expressed a desire to be cremated.
Michael's excuse is to say that she wouldn't want a standard burial
because she "doesn't like bugs." I'm not buying. The likely reason
is that Michael has something to hide – like the cause of her
numerous bone injuries, perhaps? – and he doesn't want an autopsy to
uncover any incriminating evidence.

all of the evidence. He also sealed all her medical records for

So, what really happened on February 25, 1990? We know that Terri
fell in her home and sustained serious injuries. We know that
Michael Schiavo, who was trained in CPR, oddly did not administer
CPR to his wife. We know for the past fifteen years his only mission
has been to deny any rehabilitation for Terri.

Dr. Carole Lieberman observed, "If Terri were to be allowed to die,
as Michael has been desperately struggling to achieve for years, it
could help him escape detection. This would be a grave miscarriage
of justice."

That's exactly the way Michael Schiavo and the Florida judicial
system want it.

The truth is he beat her severely all over her body on that date and
there is a bone scan which proves she had numerous broken bones, hot

are worse than ever! They are pulling out all of the stops to do
DAMAGE CONTROL for Michael!


Dr. Michael Baden, Forensic Pathologist was also on saying Terri will
not get better or improve from all of the brain damage that she has!
They both lied the entire time!

This is really scaring me as it seems like the NWO wants to really
remove Terri's feeding tube tomorrow with these blatant liars on
tonight! Dr. Baden said in the past that Terri is in a Persistent
Vegetative State, PVS, but he said back in Oct. 2003, that Terri
suffered trauma and it should have been investigated back in Feb. 25,
1990. Well, Terri is not, and was not then, nor has she ever been in
a Persistent Vegetative State! He sure has changed his tune in a
year and a half about what happened to Terri in Feb. 1990! I wonder
how much money he is being paid to say all of these lies???

Due to this, I did not have faith in Dr. Baden then, and now I know
for sure he is a total liar! I also remember that in 2003, on the
40th Anniversary of JFK's assassination, Dr. Baden was on a special
on TV claiming that the magic bullet theory was true and that there
was only one shooter, that being Oswald, which is complete baloney!
I knew then right then not to trust him!

DCF filed to extend stay for 60 days. Why did they not get involved
until now, since they have tried to murder Terri 2 times by removing
her feeding tube in April, 2001 and in October, 2003, not to mention
all of the times Michael has tried to kill her by numerous methods,
and not to mention all of the horrible abuse and neglect she has
suffered from him and others... I don't know what to make of this,
but I do know that Terri's parentsm brother, and sister want Terri's
brother to be appointed Terri's guardian. I am afraid of DCF and the
state taking custody of Terri, but I don't want Michael to have
custody, either!

This show was unbelievable! I have also seen more blatant lies about
Terri in the last few days on tv, including a Pro Death author
