Wondering how to do a diet that's free of gluten/dairy/soy/nuts/peanuts/artificial colors/artificial flavors & salicylates? This is the group to join! If you own the Feingold Assn material please do NOT post approved foods (i.e. "this food is approved by FAUS") but you may post what you do use including brand names as very few items that are safe for this diet are Feingold approved so its unlikely that what we use is listed in there materials.
