An Introduction to
EMOTIONAL FREEDOM TECHNIQUE

EFT is one of the most exciting recent discoveries in the fields of energy
psychology and
medicine.
It has helped thousand of individuals achieve results with:

• pain relief
• fears and phobias
• traumas
• habits and addictions
• performance enhancement
• physical issues
• children's issues
• learning disabilities
• positive attitudinal changes

EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is a self-help therapy that involves tapping
on
acupuncture meridian endpoints with the fingertips while focusing on specific
emotional
or physical issues.

In this introductory workshop, you will learn more about the energetic
connection
between our emotional and physical bodies, how EFT was discovered, and how to
apply
these simple self-help techniques to a variety of symptoms. You will be given
information
that hundreds of doctors and therapists are now successfully using and the
resources to
further your journey into this exciting new field.

Kim Suvia has been a practitioner of Jin Shin Jyutsu, another meridian based
therapy since
1992 and has been incorporating EFT into her practice for the past three years.
Kim
received her B.A. in Psychology in 1984, emphasizing Stress Management and
Mind/Body
Psychology. She has continued to work in the health and wellness field in spas,
a holistic
center, and in private practice as a yoga instructor.

She has also studied other energy therapies such as Reiki and Attunement and is
currently
in private practice at Avalon Wellness Center.
