NEW ADVANCED TRAINING PROGRAM FOR MASSAGE THERAPISTS
Advanced Holistic Healing Arts is offering a new
Clinical Training Program - 300 hours
Begins April 1

We have designed an advanced program that is targeted, comprehensive, and highly
valuable. Our program, Advanced Massage for Clinical Practice, is designed to
provide the
background and skills to work confidently with clients who are seeking help to
reduce pain
and movement restrictions. The Advanced Massage for Clinical Practice program
teaches
therapists to assess, treat, and evaluate clients. It also provides providing
the tools and
skills for clinical support and business success.
Clinical massage involves the manipulation of soft tissues to resolve acute and
chronic
pain and dysfunction. Clinical massage also stimulates and supports the
therapist's
creativity and desire to be a truly effective healer, allowing the therapist to
focus on the
individual's needs. The tools learned in this program are valuable tools for
therapists
working with clients who have injuries from chronic illness, accidents, or
sports, and those
working with athletes and "weekend warriors" to prevent injury and achieve peak
performance.

The Advanced Massage for Clinical Practice program begins with the basics of
assessment
and takes the therapist through the planning and implementation stages, with
techniques
that include trigger point therapy, myofascial release, postural analysis, range
of motion
testing, stretching, and other manual therapy techniques. Information on
business
practices and medical terminology will help you create the practice you choose
to help
your clients.

The Advanced Massage for Clinical Practice program prepares professional
therapists to
address specific postural and structural issues presented by clients. The manual
techniques and skills taught are designed to enable the therapist to effectively
make a
difference in their clients' lives. The business techniques and skills taught
are intended to
give the therapist the ability to be marketable in practicing a highly valued
health service
and to be successful in the business of healing.
