hope everyone had a fantastic new year's eve!
how many of you have made new years resolutions to get in shape in 2006?
structural integration bodywork is a great way to put yourself in balance, harmony and proper postural alignment structutal integration would be a perfect compliment to your new exercise program
if you are not exercising, structural integration would help you gain more body awareness as well as emotional and spiritual well-being
i have five spots open for my next round of structural integration series
i am compiling structural integration cases as part of my certification to eventually teach the myopractic version of structural integration
i am currently certified to teach the six myopractic deep muscle therapy courses
i offer my structural integration series at a discount in order to encourage those who might not have the financial means to get this kind of work
nationwide, this kind of work goes for between $75 to $120 per session
currently, i am offering the ten-session series for $45 per session
if you are interested, you will need to block out the appropriate amount of time the sessions should be done at least once a week for the ten week period ideally, they could be done every three to five days that's an option
i take "before" and "after" photos so we can monitor changes
the myopractic structural integration bodywork comes from ida p. rolf's pioneering work
the myopractic approach emphasizes pain-free application and not working beyond the client's barriers
if you are interested or have any questions, please contact me via e-mail and i will respond promptly
thanks for your patience and attention best wishes to all for a joyous and prosperous 2006!
