Hi!
Just wanting to let you know that I am teaching a class on Healing through the
Reflexes teaching reflexology and vitaflex. You will learn the points on the
feet, two different techniques for applying pressure to the points, and
the body correspondences to the points. There will be ample time to
practice with feedback. We will also learn reflex points on the hands and a
few other key spots on the body. You will learn how to problem solve
which points to combine for different conditions clients will have. We
will practice in chairs and on massage tables so you can learn how to
incorporate reflex work into your massage and if you want to give just a reflex
session.
The date is October 8th and 9th, 2005, from
9am-5pm. The cost is $150. Location:
I find reflexology to be an excellent addition to my massage, or it can be used
alone. It can be used in many situations to relieve pain and affect
change where massage can't be used.
Please let me know if you have further questions. However, I will be out of

class size is limited so that I can give individual feedback. We ask that you
