It's difficult for me to keep up with the issues and positions. I've
looked at the department's website and can't find the area where the
National Exam is proposed - can you point me to where that is, thx.

Also, where is the information on "prohibition of unlicensed students
of receiving compensation, including tuition waivers." thx again.
