SadlyNormal.org is dedicated to Adult Survivors of Child Sexual Abuse, however, all survivors of any abuse (physical, emotional, spiritual, verbal, spousal) are welcome.

  The only rule is to remember to RESPECT other members! Respect is demanded at all times. Debate is fine, but be respectful. We are all working towards the same goals, we all have our own things to deal with, and no two people will deal with our challenges in identical manners. What works for one, may trigger another.

  When opening any email, you have to realize that the content may trigger you. In order to avoid that, I ask that you make sure the subject line reflects what is actually in the email. We all have to realize that.

  The list as a whole is not moderated, but if there are problems, specific members will be moderated as determined needed by the list owner.  

The member list is available only to the list owner, and the archives are available only to the list members.
