Section 377 will now no longer apply to same-sex behavior among consenting adults.

377 will continue to apply in the case of child abuse and other instances of non-consensual sex.

Thanks all the activists and organizations who have been working tirelessly towards this, and  to bodies like NACO and the Health Ministry that paved the way for this favorable decision.
