Both positions may involve travel for upto 5 days a month within TN as
well as other parts of India

Qualification necessary - Trainer

-To have necessary qualification in counselling and training
-Must have minimum experience of 5 years in counselling
-Must be able to work independently and work towards targets
set for each month

Qualification necessary - Research Assistant

-To have necessary qualification in assisting in research projects
-Must have minimum experience of 3 years
-To have well developed analytical, conceptual and writing skills for
writing proposals,preparing modules and documenting all the above
activities.
-Must be familiar with SPSS

Languages for both positions

Tamil
Telugu/ Hindi
English
