SAATHII is seeking to fill the position of Documentation Officer, to
be based at Chennai. The position requires strong oral, written, and
communication skills, ability to plan and organize, work in teams, and
willingness to travel. Remuneration is competitive and will be
commensurate with skill-set and experience.

Qualifications and Experience::

- Post-graduate in social sciences, public health, management, or allied field
with a minimum of 3 years experience in the field of HIV/AIDS
- Experience in HIV care, support and treatment issues desirable.
- Experience working with diverse stakeholders from government and
civil society.
- Strong oral and written communication skills

Key areas of responsibility will include:

- Developing program reports for internal and external (funder) purposes
- Documenting strategy and planning meetings
- Developing best practices documents, guidelines, tools, and other
materials
- Reviewing technical reports and collating data into synthesis reports
- Updating internal data monitoring and evaluation systems
- Writing abstracts, research articles and grants
- Disseminating materials
- Providing documentation support to program managers
