Position: HR Officer: Post: 1 (Kolkata): Profile: Post Graduate/MBA
or relevant degree in HR with Excellent communication, interpersonal
and crisis management skills at the senior management level.
Consolidated Salary: Rs.10,000/- pm (Rupees Ten Thousand Only).

Position: Documentation Officer: Post: 1 (Kolkata): Profile: Should
be a Graduate or Post Graduate in Social Sciences and allied fields
with excellent English skills. Prior Experience in documentation in
development sector is essential which include data analysis, writing
and compiling reports, conducting desk research, supporting and
facilitating M& E. Consolidated Salary: Rs.10,000/- pm (Rupees Ten
Thousand Only).

Position: Counsellor: Post 1 (Dum Dum): Profile: Graduate,
preferably in Psychology or Social Sciences with Diploma or
Certificate in Counselling Course. Previous community work
experience is desirable. Appropriate knowledge on marginalised male
sexualities, risk behaviours and linkages with HIV / AIDS is
essential. Consolidated Salary: Rs.6,500/- pm. (Rupees Six Thousand
and Five Hundred Only).

Position: Zonal Coordinators: Post: 1 (North Bengal)
Profile: Graduate or Post Graduate in Social Science or allied
fields and experience in NGO sector preferably with exposure to
marginalised sexualities. He will be responsible for monitoring and
capacity building of the field staff.
Salary: Consolidated Salary of Rs.8,000/- pm (Rupees Eight thousand
only).
