I am not sure how I got invited to this group. Thanks Thanks alot. Now
a little bit about me!!!! I was in a semi accident in Feb 1,1998,,
Sept of 1998,, I was diagnosed with RSD,, and also Rhumatoid,, and also
Osteo Arthritis. I went thru 42 spinal blocks. Which for the most part
put rsd into total remission. Till 5yrs ago. Slowly,, it been coming
out of remission going into flares!!!!! At time of accident, I had 3
spinal cord injuries also. Now with all that is going on in my body.
This totally disabled me. with all the injuries that happened. All the
bones exploded in the lumbar region , pelvis was crushed,, shoulder
joints knocked out of socket,, rite hip reconstructed, rsd in rite
foot, n leg now!!!!! A total mess!!!!!! 19 months in hospital n
rehab!!! Fusion from T11 to S2!!!! We do not know how much in this
life we take for granted!!!! Till something like this happens. Cause my
whole body is now a whole different kind of work machine, Functions
only have way!!!!! Spinal Cord injuries,, Should not be walking with
crushed pelvis, n crushed hip,, I do,, now,, tho I thot was stuck to
that wheelchair!!!! I do walk.. Takes energy some days to move. Weather
we been having is keeping my body totally messed up and very busy!!!
Tho the morphine pump,, is helping alot. With the fall that I took last
month,,, looks like another surgery is going to have to be done. So
with all of this also. I am really learning how to do computers. And
how too fix the errors. I was fully diagnosed last month also with MS.
Which the drs think that I have had all of my life. With that in
remission also till the accident!!!! They are not sure of that. So
that is what n how I function today!!!!! Hoping that this helps some of
you out there also.. One day at time,, maybe one second at time,, we
will make it thru!!!!! Annie
