Hello Everyone!

I am a 30 year old wife and mom. I am also a nurse. I was
diagnosed with RSD of my left foot a few months back. I have
been out of work for more than 7 months. It has been a terrible
struggle with pain, finances etc. I know all of you know how bad
it feels. Sometimes I feel like I am walking on shards of burning
glass. It is awful. I have a good support system, but talking with
people who understand what the pain feels like validates my
own situation. I know that here, people get it. All of you know the
fight of RSD. I wish none of us had to be here. Well, anyway,
when I think that all of this started with a heel spur, I almost
laugh. If anyone had told me I would be here, unable to walk
properly, I would never have believed it. I look forward to reading
the posts and getting to know the group.
