My boyfriend of 6 years was diagnosed with RSD 3 years ago in his
right upper extremety (hand, arm, neck). Our concern lately has been
about marriage and extending our family. He is very scared about
caring for a child, which I'm sure any normal man is; but he's mainly
concerned about taking all the pain medications, dealing with the
pain and at the same time caring for the child. He is still very
young (36 yrs old) and I'm only 27 years old, however I want to have
children, but not if it means a burden on him. Is there anyone who
can talk about this, suggestions?
