I have recently resumed drinking coffee, LOL. I wonder if it is
bothering my skin...It seems that there are two separate things going
on, the bumps and the flushing, and they seem triggered by different
things.

Thanks. Yes it is! I asked my family to give me the book for my
birthday. I thought I the diet online somewhere, too, but I'm no longer
sure where.
I'm curious about low stomach acid, I've heard of it's link to rosacea
many times, here and elsewhere. It is one of the avenues I haven't
really explored much.
