Hi Pink (Mitzi)
I'm new too. Sorry for what you are going through, it's no fun! I too
remember the days of taking my nice skin for granted.
'You aren't your skin', a wise person wrote on one of these sites.
We'll all get this sorted out!
I really think the diet is great...I've gone way low carb... though I
must admit I'm not perfect, but, I'm still very proud of my progress
with it, over the last 5 weeks.
My DH is being very helpful ;) he points out my flushing for me. Now it
comes and goes instead of being constantly bright red. Progress... I
seem to be set off by things that have a little fermentation going on,
such as over-ripe bananas, kombucha, wine. I'm on the fence about
dairy, I think it is linked to my bumps, I think I may be ok in the
long run with dairy or maybe even fermenting stuff, once the irritation
is down to a dull roar from the diet. I hope!
