I am not a physician, so don't get excited. Have you considered that
you may have eczema? It appears from your description to be eczema.
Have you had a dermatologist look at it and diagnose it? There are some
good prescription medications for eczema that may help. I broke out
with what you described below in various places on my body, some I
would rather not mention here, but went to the dermatologist who said
it was eczema with just a glance. I thought, how can he know that by
just a glance? Anyway, he gave me a tube of something and I put it on
and it cleared up eventually. It came back again years later and I didn't
want to go back to the dermatologist so I applied the ZZ cream on it
and that cleared it up too. Amazing stuff the ZZ cream. It works for me.
That is my two cents and I don't give refunds. But I do suggest asking
your derm about it.
By the way, I got off tetracycline over ten years ago and it took years to
get over the side effects of using it. Upset stomach, sensitive skin to the sun
and everything else. Take lots of pro-biotics, like acidophilus, every day for
the rest of your life. Yogurt.
