I take it you mean Vancouver , BC?
I have never been to any derms there but I have heard of Dr Joanna Day in
Vancouver.  You could google her and see what you come up with.
 
I live in BC too.  I have a pretty good technician that does IPL and Genesis on
me here in town.  Otherwise, I had been going to Calgary .  The local one is
just as good as they are.
 
Right now I am trying the acid/ alkalizing drinks .  All things come from the
cellular level so I am hopeful this will help me .  I have redness without
pustules and papules.
