I went to the doctor today about my red eye and he asked me if I have a
sunburn on my face. I told him it's not a sunborn - my face has been
getting redder over the last couple of years. He diagnosed me as
having rosacea and ocular rosacea. I'm trying to pretend it will go
away on it's own but have been reading on the internet all night and it
doesn't sound like it's going away on it's own. Maybe the doctor was
wrong and I don't really have rosacea. From all the reading I've done,
I don't want to spend years and years and tons of money dealing with
this. I want to do the right thing now. It sounds like this Z cream
is the way to go. The only thing I haven't heard is what do people
wash with? I used to use Dove bar but even that irritates my skin. I
just bought some Basis cleansing gel and that doesn't burn or sting so
I guess I'll stick with that. And I use Neutrogena moisture with
SPF15. Thanks for being here. I have a lot to learn about this new
diagnosis.
