Hi Beverly,
I've been using the Z cream for over 7months and for the most part my skin is
clear, however, if I go longer than a week or so without applying any I find I
start to get papules/pastules and the redness returns. I have several animals
but it wasn't until I was around cats that my rosacea went from mild to
frightening. We didn't have a cat for almost two years and my rosacea calmed
down significantly, then I brought home two stray cats and within a couple of
weeks my face became worse than ever, thankfully the Z cream and Ivermectrin and
mites etc. was in it's beginning stages of discussion here. I don't know what
causes rosacea but I suspect that the mites are a definate aggrivation to the
condition.
Good luck
smiles

I don't know if anyone can answer this but I am hoping....
Let's assume my Rosacea is caused by Demodex Mites. I use the Z cream
to get rid of them.
Now what if my husband, or cats are carrying around an infestation of
Demodex mites?
Will having contact with my husband and cats continue to keep me
infested as well?
I think I read that the mites cannot live off the body but do you still
have to take some kind of extra precautions in household cleaning to
get rid of them?
My husband has battled acne all his life and he is 46 years old now. I
keep wondering if he is also infested with Demodex mites but he is not
willing to try any of these products.
Thanks,
Beverly
