I am into my 3rd week of the z cream, I only use the z cream and the soap.
Allergic to metro lotion so didn't even order the x cream. I am having a problem
with my chin this week, itchy bumps-not rosacea- dab on z cream and they go away
in a few hours. I wash my face with the soap and air dry-don't tolerate towels
and washcloths too well-wait until skin is completely dry and apply very
lightly. In the morning rinse with water. The flaking has stopped but dry. My
red has faded to a pale pink and skin is very clear and healthy looking, hope
this lasts. I am able to tolerate it more, this weekend I used it during the day
since I was home and everything seems fine. It does seem to have a menthol
action but is also soothing. Have you read the posts at demodex? I found useful
info there. With our sensitive skin maybe it is better to use just one product
at time and see how it goes.
