I guess dieting could be included in the list
but if you buy a book on diet then it automatically
becomes commercial. Believe me I know. However,
if one obtains the book at the library then it would
be considered on the free list. I will add your suggestion
to me list since it is a good suggestion and of course
the cucomber. But maybe I should qualify the list as
an 'inexpensive' or 'low cost' rosacea treatment? Thanks
for you suggestion. Maybe the list will grow.
