Does anyone else put aloe vera on your face? I've heard this is supposed to help
but I'm looking to get some feedback on it. I understand you can use it as a
shaving gel also.
I've been using Aveeno liquid soaps to wash my face, I've tried the
ultra-calming one and also clear complexion.

Pure aloe gel causes me to flush, so I use Calendula gel instead and
have no problems with it.

I have used it many times, as beauty law wrote it helps my skin to cool down a
great deal too if I have been out in sun or feeling very warm. I feel it also
helps me with my redness to some degree and slightly reduces p&p's, the only
down side is that I find it quite drying.
Pure aloe gel causes me to flush, so I use Calendula gel instead and
have no problems with it.

Just wondering if anyone has had good or bad results with the Obagi
Rosaclear system? My current derm is trying to get me to try it, but
wanted to ask here before spending the money.
Thanks.

Hi, I've been using it for 2 months. I was totally skepticle when at derm, but
they told me I could return it so figured 'what the hell'
Glad I did. For first month saw great results. P&P's toned down considerably
and my constant burning and redness calmed down like 80%. I have really dry,
sensitive, reactive skin. Main problem is dayglow red face and painful burning.
The moisturizer helped with this a lot.
In month 2 I have to say I'm starting to get some P&Ps again and I'm getting
more pink, though still not red. I used up all the metrogel type stuff so am
using my old prescription for it, which might explain why it's not working as
well, but I doubt it. The ingredients seem to be identicle.
The biggest thing for me is that when I get a flare, it calms down in a few
hours or maybe up to a day instead of lingering around for 3-4 days and
reigniting if I even look at an irritating ingredient.
