This may help you too, and it may be as close as your pantry. To do a cheap home
trial, drink
organic apple cider vinegar, in 8 ounces of water WITH each meal for a week. The
high the
amount of protein you're consuming, the more you need at a meal. If you have
good results,
the root of your problem, like mine, may be low stomach acid and the resulting
inflammatory
response (which may surface as many different ailments, rosacea being one of
them.) You
may want to ask your doctor to test you for stomach acid levels, and possibly
to do a trial
test with a Betaine hydrochloride supplement,(HCL) derived from beets. This must
be done
under your doctor's supervision. I found after 2 days on a good probiotic, (3X a
day, between
meals), enzymes (2X a day, 15 minutes before meals, and organic apple cider
vinegar in
water WITH meals, reduced my rosacea immediately. And now a week into it, it's
difficult to
see at all. My skin has become clearer each day and more hydrated and supple.
The redness
is now nearly completely gone. My eyes are not scratchy, and I lost my constant
runny nose.
If this trial works for you, you may have low stomach acid which keeps your body
from
getting the vitamins and nutrients it needs to fend off infection and allergies.
Try it. You may
get the results I have! Much good luck. Michele
