Hi Hillary and other women,
Just letting you know that I have had a similar experience. Although the
rosacea was pretty good throughout the pregnancy; when I started ovulating
again at 10 months post the birth ( I was still breastfeeding) my face broke
out bigger than ever. And stayed that way until I started using finacea. My
dermatologist swears it is ok to use finacea while feeding as children use it.
I am not so sure, but as my daughter is having only one feed a day and is at
the stage to notice that her mother looks like a red faced baboon I am using it
once daily. I now look ok.

I was thinking the same thing. You could also ask your pharmacist. They have the drugs categorized into "classes" and can tell you whether it would be safe...
