So here is my deal. the spider veins on the sides of my nose look
better after using the zz cream for 10 weeks (yes i have rosacea too).
it could be the mites made them worse and now the cream cleared them
away. or perhaps the cream cleared my seb derm (which it has) and the
veins decreased in size. but not all spider veins around my nose look
good. the area underneath my nose, right at the entrance/nostril
part, looks bad. the veins that were there before look worse and new
ones formed.

So here is the thing...i don't know if the zz cream is causing this,
or if the demodex mites perhaps migrated to that area after the first
month of using zz cream on my face. yes it has helped my rosacea and
the capillaries on my face and side of nose aren't as visible. I
don't particularly remember putting zz cream in the nostril area the
first month, but i know i have been for sure in the last month ever
since i noticed the increase redness (which did get worse. just this
week it looks like more veins formed on one side). does anyone have
an insight or perhaps experienced something similar. maybe that area
is too delicate for zz cream? please help. i don't want new veins to
form and these are very distinct broken capillaries!!!
