I've been going to one of the best Luminus One docs in the country, who
see's half his patients coming from other states, so I know I'm in the
best hands. He was able to turn the settings way, way up during my
course of treatment, higher than most people can tolerate. There has
been improvement, but on the whole, I'm still very red most of the time,
and I still have to struggle getting ready for work every morning trying
to get the makeup to hide my redness, which still manages to 'burn'
right through multiple layers of green color corrector and pale colored
makeup. I'm going back this week for my 13th session, which will be the
1st of another series of 5. Could it be because I've had rosacea for
twenty years (I've had it since my late teens)? Is there still hope that
I'll eventually achieve the level of success that most people seem to
have with IPL?
