Today I'm having a dreadful flare-up - my cheeks are burning, swollen,
tender and so red they're nearly purple, my eyes are hot and dry and I'm
getting a real throbbing headache going as well.

It still feels like this is a sinus problem rather than a rosacea
flare-up.  Has anyone else experienced this?  I'm planning to get some
sinus medication at lunch time.  The only problem is, a nasal spray
which has been very effective in the past (beconase) I was told by my
dermatologist causes visible veins around my nostrils, so I haven't used
it since I found out, because laser treatment on that area was
excruciatingly painful, and not something I want to repeat every 5
years!

Any ideas?
