Hello Everyone,
I have a multitude of immune disorders with hair and skin problems. I
have been diagnosed by both a dermatologist and a rheumatologist. The
results were Rosacea and Fibromyalgia. Much to my disappoint the
doctors told me there was no treatment for Fibromyalgia. I am not one
to give up so easily. I find a "cure" online at guaidoc.com . What I
didn't know at the time is that it would also "cure" my Rosacea.

I had immediate results with both Rosacea and Fibromyalgia when I began
taking Guaifenesin. My face became completely clear after only a week
on the medication. My symptoms were completely abated for 4 years.

Four months ago I began a complete lifestyle change. I found that I
didn't need the Guaifenesin for my Fibromyalgia. The aches and pains
are gone because of my nutrition and exercise program. As soon as I
stopped taking the Guai my Rosacea came back with a vengeance.

The Guai had so well treated my Rosacea that my current doctor didn't
even know I had it. She was skeptical about using the Guai to treat it
but told me to try it once again. Though she did mention that Guai is
an anti-inflammatory drug with its main focus on the lungs. And that
Rosacea is an inflammatory condition so it should help.

The result: in 5 days I went from pustules, raised areas, redness,
itching, weeping and red eyes, and scaly skin to only a slight redness
on my cheeks. This is the 6th day back on the medication and the slight
redness is barely noticeable. A pustule started to form on Saturday
morning and was gone by that night. My doctor was an actual witness to
the difference as she saw me on the 9th of March and then again on the
16th. I began taking medication again on the 12 of March and by my next
appointment on the 16th the only symptom was a slight redness on my
cheeks.

Not only does Guai take care of my Rosacea but it also heals my eczema
and the rashes from Fibromyalgia. I have had two very itchy areas on my
forefinger knuckles. They are almost healed and no more itching.

In the course of my new nutrition program I discovered an allergy to
the Allium family. My eczema flares up on my right hand and shoulder.
So no more onions and garlic. These are two of my favorite flavoring
foods. I also have an allergy to broccoli which is remotely related to
the Allium family.

I would say the nicest things about Guai: little side effects,
inexpensive and over-the-counter [2004].

RK

Hi, Dr. Nase, I don't know that Guaifennasen (sp?) is an herb, so you might go to the regular PDR. I think it's a pharmaceutical. It's sold as Mucinex OTC....
