Dr. Nase,
My son was diagnosed at 13 with Keratosis pilaris and then at 14 by
a different dermatologist as having severe rosacea. Is it possible
that a child so young could have rosacea so severe? He has a red
face constantly sometimes much redder than at other times. His face
does not appear to have any papules or pustules. All medication for
rosacea has not helped at all. Is keratosis pilaris treated the
same and could photoderm help that skin disease also?
Thanks,
cp
